Basis, assumptions and limitations.
This disclosure governs every forward-looking platform figure identified as an outlook, scenario, forecast, target or projection on GerardSoGreat.com.
Nature of the figures
The figures are management-selected planning scenarios. They are not representations of current or historical platform performance, are not statements of presently achieved views, streams, followers, subscribers, listeners or users, and have not been audited, certified or independently verified.
Metric definitions
TikTok and YouTube scenarios refer to views. Spotify refers to monthly listeners, which is an audience metric and not cumulative streams. Apple Music, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, SoundCloud and TIDAL figures presently have no fixed standardized metric or measurement period. Until a platform-specific definition is published beside a figure, those values must not be interpreted as verified streams, views, followers, subscribers, unique users or revenue-generating events.
Forecasting methodology
The scenarios are aspirational planning inputs rather than outputs from a validated statistical or econometric model. No base-period dataset, independently validated growth curve, probability distribution, confidence interval, attribution model or assurance procedure has been supplied for these figures. No probability of achievement is stated or implied.
Material uncertainty
Actual outcomes may differ materially, including being substantially lower, occurring later than anticipated, or never being achieved. Results may be affected by release performance, audience behavior, territory mix, platform algorithms, account eligibility, content moderation, rights disputes, policy changes, reporting methodology, invalid-traffic adjustments, fraud controls, outages, competition, distribution arrangements and other factors outside the artist's control.
No revenue equivalence
Views, listeners, followers, streams, subscribers and reach are different measurements and cannot be treated as interchangeable. None has a fixed conversion into revenue. Monetization varies by platform, territory, advertising demand, subscription mix, rights ownership, contractual splits, distributor terms, fees, taxes, eligibility, valid activity and payment timing. The outlook does not promise revenue, profit, valuation, return on investment or commercial performance.

Anyone considering a material business, licensing, sponsorship, distribution, advertising, financing or investment decision should request current primary-source analytics for the relevant platform and independently verify any metric material to that decision. Forward-looking scenarios should not be substituted for contemporaneous platform records.
Updates and corrections
Scenarios, assumptions and definitions may be revised, replaced or withdrawn as circumstances change. A later update does not mean an earlier scenario was achieved. Where a material factual error in a current-performance statement is identified, the site may correct it without converting any forward-looking scenario into a historical claim.
Applicable rights
Nothing in this disclosure excludes, restricts or waives any right, remedy, duty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
