These terms govern use of GerardSoGreat.com. By using the site, you agree to use its music, visuals, membership features and future payment services only as permitted here and by applicable law.
Music previews
Preview audio is provided for personal listening and discovery. Preview availability, length and release availability may change.
Full-song streaming access
When live payments are enabled, a payment applies to the single song identified at checkout and grants personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable streaming access to that selected song through GerardSoGreat.com after server-side payment confirmation. It does not transfer ownership of the song, sound recording, composition, copyright, catalog or any intellectual-property right. It is not a catalog purchase, subscription, download sale, synchronization license, public-performance license or commercial-use license.
Payment confirmation
Access is created only after the payment processor confirms a successful transaction through the website's verified server process. A checkout redirect alone does not create an entitlement. Refunded, reversed, disputed or unauthorized transactions may result in access being withdrawn, subject to applicable law.
Availability
The service is designed so a confirmed listener can return to stream the selected song. We may change technology, player design or hosting. If a release must be removed for legal, rights, security or technical reasons, available remedies will be handled consistently with applicable consumer law.
Intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, music, recordings, artwork, videos, photographs, site design, logos, text and other creative material on the site are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, sell, alter, rebroadcast, publicly perform or commercially exploit them without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Accounts and membership
Membership and future account features are for the individual who registers. You are responsible for keeping account access secure. Membership messages may include release announcements, early-access notices and Gerard So Great updates, with unsubscribe controls when email delivery is activated.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass preview limits, payment controls, protected media, access checks, rate limits or security measures. Do not use automated tools to copy the catalog or interfere with the site.
Third-party services
Links to streaming platforms, social networks and future payment providers are governed by those services' own terms and privacy practices.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
